Each coaching session is a 25 minute, 1 to 1 call with Amber and takes place over Zoom. (A zoom link will be sent to you prior to the call)
All calls are recorded and emailed to you within 24 hours after the call. You can watch and re-watch as many times as you’d like.
Unlike group coaching, these calls will only be privy to you.
